Call of Duty Black Ops 1 (One) Lag Issues in my Build.

Hi how to fix COD Black OPS lags with this specs:

Intel Core i5-7400 3.0Ghz
Asus H110M-K
8GB RAM DDR4
240GB Sandisk SSD
GTX 1050ti 4GB
OS: Windows 10 Version 1809 (OS Build 17763.316)

but in Black Ops 2 Runs Smoothly.

The game is either picking up your APU if you have one
V-SYNC is on
or com_maxfps is too low
