about mw2 p servers

well i got a question do i need to do the zerogrear demo thing to play p servers?
you know like downloading zerogrear demo install it and remove the server files and put mw2 in there do i need todo for p servers?

It doesnt work anymore but just use AlterIWNet thats much better

I was wondering. If you were using hacks in AlterIWNET public servers could you get banned from Alteriwnet?
