Two Factor Authentication lost.

Man, A long time ago in 2016 around, I stopped programming ... and my MPGH account was inactive, I am now returning, but I do not remember my Two-Factor Authentication, because at that time was on another phone, which today I I don't have it anymore, I have access to email and everything, but I don't have Two-Factor Authentication, could you help me?

2FA Removed. Please save the recovery code outside your device, or use another authorization app, such as Authy or LastPass which uses a login system and is therefore device independent.
