Remove 2FA

i had just broken my phone that had google verification on it and lost the recovery code with it

If you save your 16-digit code then there's an easy way to recover it. If not, you need to contact the admin/staff to verify that is your account.

The code was saved on my phone the whole logic board is fried so it can't be recovered, and yes i know i can provide any detail if needed.
