Creating caracter problem!

So... I download the game
I have registerd
I started the game
I login in!
When i should make my new character all was black
Something like this:

Please HELP ME I dont know what to do. I tried with firewall off but no changes.

probably some files who are missing try to redownload .

Update your graphic drivers and directx!

reinstall the game again

man i tried evrything i can but no changes...

has to be rez files... do you have the UI rez files since all that's what you miss. i think that hesjan has uploaded some rez files ... those dont need to be uptodate either not much of new things + the pictures of events are from the site (try it create a proxy that internet explorer doesnt work then go to CA go to clan clan search/settings the page doesnt show ;D (maybe im gona make a bot out of it offline clan/friendlist chatting )).

Send a ticket to nexon maybe they answer you in 6 months

update drivers if not work uninstal l and reinstall
