Why is that whenever a new service pops up, we see vouches posted by new posters that only have single digit post count?
Isn’t that sort of fishy, I mean why would they choose a new refunder, vouch for them, when they are also established refunders on here that have posters vouching for them having 100/200+ posts.

It is just normal. You are just overthinking things 
'established' as you call them, use the same 'methods' with these new refunders,
