Question about new refunders

Why is that whenever a new service pops up, we see vouches posted by new posters that only have single digit post count?

Isn’t that sort of fishy, I mean why would they choose a new refunder, vouch for them, when they are also established refunders on here that have posters vouching for them having 100/200+ posts.

Even you can refund stores! it's so easy bro. So why worry? Just don't pay if no email refund confirmation. That's it!

99% it is their own account. There is the 1% chance that a n00b just decided to go with the first refunder's thread they saw.
