Permanent ban

Anyone knows how long perma ban lasts? Ive heard that it isnt actually permanent but it takes like a couple of years, like 2 years? So im not really sure. I got banned about 8 months ago and was just wondering if I could get my account back or if its just gone forever. I was so close to maxing was at like 2500+ total. I just wanna get back on and finish maxing. Thanks guys.

Maybe you can try to negotiate with them by paying real money

It really depends on what you got banned for, I got banned, perma once for the usage of macro on a mule, to test out how safe it is, at the time being it felt safe, so I used it on my main, got banned on both, however I appealed for my main and said since im a long time user as you can see I would not have any reason to use this blabla, this must be a mistake, sooner or later they removed the ban, as I said i have a couple of family members playing runescape in myhousehold so it might be something ip related and not me
