Solvedminecraft survival server auto builder?

im looking for some sort of schematics builder or printer to use on minecraft 1.13.2 it would build whatever structure for me and use my recourses i have mined in the process ( sort of like hacked clients have quick build walls and floors ) is this at all possible on a public server and on version 1.13.2?

If you are the owner you can use world edit. If you aren't the owner then maybe not. I think wurst had some sort of autobuilder (but when I tried it, it didn't work)
