RSBOT: unable to start the interface possible solve..

I'm addressing the start up problem for the RS bot ver 1.19 through SVN technique.

Problem Description: Double clicked on the play.bat and nothing happens.

***Solve 1 is for the SVN technique if you downloaded the .jar file directly then play.bat does not exist for you.***
**Solve 1: ** if you want to edit your own svn files in the respected folders
+Right click and edit the batch file in notepad (or Open with notepad)
+you should see the commands
*Notice the "Below Normal" text. on the last line
+Highlight the "BELOWNORMAL" without the (/) forward slash
+Replace in there REALTIME no spaces between the forward slash.
+and try to Run the Play.Bat

*Update*: I have not been able to solve the start up problems for NON SVN Users I apologize the inconvenience caused.
the play.bat is in the rar file..
Please opinions would be much appreciated.. and if the interface doesn't load then re open the batch file until it does. and all the bat file are in the zip file To prevent leeching..
