I have to update it since they moved to in-game registration but its quite simple:

the cheats i use wont work after i use the passport, it just closes hqosu loader, so i cant use them

go to your Regedits, and go to this path: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\osu!
go to this site: https://www.guidgenerator.com/online...generator.aspx and generate a random GUID
change the UninstallID value to the value you generated and there you go you can open HQ!Osu without any problem =)
