add perk is safe equal to items or not?

Is it risky to change perk tiers or add a perk to a character? Or only items and offerings are the safest?

everything is risky, you will get banned anyways if you got reported. and devs checked your save.

Yeah everythings risky but some things like legacy/bp/prestige changing trigger an insta ban. Addons/ items do not. So what about changing perk tier and adding a perk

im not sure, changing perk tier or/and adding perks shouldnt be risky if you can change addons and offering amount or adding them. makes sense i guess

thats what im thinking but dont want to risk it for now, i literally want 1 perk though

Because its easy to get caught for which leads to higher chance of getting banned.

i have a dummy account i dont care if it gets banned, are there any fun/broken things I can add with this? i assume adding survivor perks to killer wont work right?

You can add like 100+ Ranger Med-Kit (Syringe + Gel Dressings) and be toxic as hell.
