Free Aimbot etc.?

I remember that not to long ago there was a free aimbot, wallhack, speedhack, and much more but I cant seem to find it. (you had to open it before you started the game, and there were counterstrike guys but cartoonish)
If anyone knows anything about this (or what im talking about) reply here.
