so, quibble's general shop (that sells multiple, individual items) always resets. this means that the shop id stays the same, and that only the items are changed every time he comes back. this means that you cannot directly buy individual TLAPD items anymore. they have already been replaced by the 11th anniversary individual items and all the mirror realm stuff.
HOWEVER, this might not be the case for the 10k ac collection chest as that seems to actually be an individual shop of its own. this means that if you somehow got the shop id (which no one has as far as i know), there is a very, very small chance that you might still be able to buy it (if they for some reason have not marked it as rare either by mistake or on purpose). the more likely situation is that they have correctly marked the shop as rare and that it is no longer accessible or even openable, meaning that you would get disconnected on even trying to access it. and there is of course the fact that even if you were to access it, you would have to go all in with 10k ac's, which you are probably not willing to do if you only like a few items (but hey, you do you).
it's probably better to let the items go, or failing that you can spin the wheel of doom until you get the "Epic Item of Donated Awesomeness" (eioda) and trade it in for whatever you want, but in my opinion, it's not worth it.
