There is a way to change rank. I tried a few ways but to no avail😞

you use to be able to change ranks by SAM but they patched it i think.

I'm serious when I say that. No need to change your rank, if you set it too high you're going to get shit on, and if you want to bully killers because all you do is get shit on, you can DC and you'll downrank. Just make sure to wait an hour or so in between every 5-10 DC's so you don't get banned.
If you want to change your rank for other reasons, SAM doesn't work anymore because Ranks are server-sided, and I think you can edit the HTTP requests to make the game give you points to increase/decrease your rank. I wouldn't know how to do that though. Espcially with Dedicated Servers enabled. You might want to start with Downgrading, since that is the only way to edit HTTP requests

i agree with Bo0sted, there is no need to change your rank, just stay at around 10-8 and bully that kind of baby killers, Rank 1 is just pain, you will just see nurses and spirits 24/7 and q time is longer than killer, atleast for me lol.
