when i try to make and account it says system error when i fill in info and i click confirm or whatever button
on the main site or one on muilti tool?

Did you make any other accounts that day? The maximum limit for one day is 5 accounts. If you didn't make any accounts, IP ban.
IP ban.. I'm IP banned and get that same error. 
That means you got ip banned and theres a couple of ways to get around it
IP banned, use a proxy to bypass it.
