[SOLVED] question| about MW2 patches

i'm playing mw2 cracked by AltherIWnet without steam and the patch is 1.3.37
and i see posts like this on : External BoxEsp V4.2 (V1.1.195 compitable)
and the patch which written is 1.1.195
are the haches of 1.1.195 will work on altherIWnet patch 1.3.37 ???
i don't know that things...
so please if someone knows tell me

If it says 1.1.195 of course it doesn't work for 1.3.37!
