turn off maphack. it might be due to the maphack cache being saved incorrectly.
059 said it can also occur when the client is not added in Trusted Location in Global settings of Flash Player
Haven't been on in a while, but you can partially save the game state and reconnect to dungeons or at least Oryx castle with some commands.
