So , basically i want to try some stores to refund , is it ok if i open a free service of refunds or if i can't , if there is any place where i can give out free refunds for people who would like to try out ?

Before you say shit, open your eyes and read , 'try new stores'. If you go under the section of giveaways you will see i'am giving away a free refund from the most known stores. Think before you talk.
And even if i was a noob, everyone has a chance to try or you can always return and retry with another person the refund.
