Besides all the stupid shit, the short answer is you can't.

Reason: The Dia Tech is an exclusive, and exclusives (and DLC's) are handled through Steam. So each time you launch Dead by Daylight the game reads your Steam account and adds/removes content from your account accordingly. It's the reason why when you purchase DLC and Steam downloads it, the next time you launch DBD you have the content. And, on the contrary, when you refund/remove a DLC, you no longer have it.

So, without a code, you can either add it in by manipulating the game initialization process (hex editor) or hack Valve servers and generate yourself a new code (impractical).

And I wouldn't recommend buying it either, it's a giant waste of money and it doesn't even look good. Dead by Daylight will be a dead game in about a year or two when newer, better games take over so not worth wasting your money. Besides, at the end of the day, it's a single shirt in a digital video game, all appearance, doesn't give you any upper hand at all.
