My boy just got his macbook refunded.
Should he use it or just resell it? I asked him to open it and play around with it, but he says that he's scared and won't do it until he's sure. Are there any of you who use their own refunded apple products and is it risky?
I used a refunded iPhone just fine, and a friend of mine his MacBook. Just depends on if he wants to use it or not, shouldn't have any issues.
I never tried to refund something but if its brand new and he's a little skeptical then reselling it wouldn't hurt. You already have your money just buy a new one.

If you buy an iphone from apple store, and they do the refund in which they claim the package with the iphone was never received/was stolen. Wouldnt apple store just BLACKLIST the iphone making it 100% unusable??

Sell it on eBay and buy a new one.

probably keep it if he can but should be okay either way
Currently work via 3rd party for that current product company nothing will happen to the product go ahead and use. I personally have 3 MBP refunded and use daily no problem .
