Hello, so im trying to get a refund on a phone i ordered to a reship ( mygermany.com ), and then to me. I recieved the phone and started the refund process by saying i have an empty box, so they answered to me and said to take pictures of the package i recieved and to fill out a form , but havent gotten back anything yet, i answered with the pictures and the form two days later but didnt hear anything back from them, a week later i wrote another email that i have sent them the info they need but i havent heard from them since 15th of October. Anyone willing to help? Not for free of course, i ordered a Samsung Galaxy A50 for 300 Eur.
