Alter1.3.37 problem

regarding to open the stimulus package...

i downloaded the clienupdate and copied all the files to the steam folder...

the game runs but when i join a game it always tells me ...

Fetching playlists...
updating rank and and unlocks complete...
connecting to iwnet complete...

and its getting stuck on it...

what do i need to do to fix this issue... btw my rank and challenges and titles and everything got reset.....

please help
