SolvedQuibble Shop No Longer Loadable?

So just got back after a couple of months break and I noticed that trying to load Quibble's Shop (49) no longer works and just D/Cs you. If I remember correctly, you could load the shop whenever you wanted and it would usually have all the items from the previous quibble until a new one comes (last time I tested was at the end of this summer). Was wondering if they just patched this recently or if the shop ID got changed?

I think it's been patched. I don't think the shop ID is changed, it's hidden
