How do I play again?
If I got an account banned, how would I be able to play the game again?
Would I be able to play if I bought the game on a new battle.net account from a different computer + different location? Then log in to the account from the PC I was originally banned from? or would I need to use a VPN/ HWID spoofer?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.thanks

From what I've seen, they do not hardware ban on the first account ban. Making a new account should be completely safe.

As CYBERPVNK said never seen somebody HWID Banned. So go ahead and buy a new account. If u want to be 100% sure u can format your pc.
