Open CSGO and make sure your anti virus or windows defender are turned off then run the Hack.

so i have a problem with it downloading as it sometimes will say failed, removed, or when i finally download it, it will say file not found any way to fix that?

Its your antivirus, i had to un-quarentine mine.

it says cannot find file once i try opening the exe, i downloaded it on winrar, my friend has not problems using it but i cannot any chance of helping my situation?

Have you extracted the winrar file? Also make sure you run it as administrator.
