Have a Refunding Services subforum
Everytime I go on marketplace user services all I see are refunding services

Would help if it was its own subforum to see actual user services other than refunding services

Talked to some other staff about this, and it seems like even if we were to move all the refunding services, there really aren't that many other types of services there.

This would only be an issue if a lot of other types of services are being overshadowed, but it seems like there just aren't that many other types of services right now. So creating a new section for refunds only doesn't seem to be necessary.
