doesn't work on windows 7 64 bit

Hi im useing a injector and a hack that says it works on the CA resorces. i found a injactor called "CA Auto-Inject" by "GRIM" then i found some working hacks but when i put them in the injector and hit auto inject it says "injected" then when i open combat arms nothing happens is it the hacks or injetor because iv tryed every hack!
