Visual Studio C++ Extensions

How do I install all C++ extensions in Visual Studio 2019? Should I reinstall?
I tried updating the extension thru the extensions tab and its all updated but I don't think that it downloaded the C++ extensions
I'm trying to use PolyLoader 3 that is why I need these C++ extensions

Managed to fix it. Just reinstalled PolyLoader and installed VS 2015
Now I got a new problem:

I'm not really sure what are they, I got the same problem like that before and I was unable to fix it, and looks like the creator of it is already dead.
