Download Driver Booster from: https://www.iobit.com/en/driver-booster.php
Activate it with a license key from google/youtube then scan your pc.

Install all the missing drivers & games related.

Note: Games related driver may be visible 
only when you have the program (Driver Booster) activated, but these are IMPORTANT to make the cheat work.

F9 to toggle the glow ON/OFF
F8 to toggle the radar ON/OFF

From the screenshot you sent we don't know if is VAC or overwatch.


From your screenshots it looks like a vac error which means you are not banned.
