I am new user and i would to ask you. If i want talk with use shoutbox - it is possible?

Use IM, located to bottom left of your screen.

our "shoutbox" is called an IM chat, which like @Janitor said is at the bottom left.

tbh it should be integrated into the main page and auto signed on but we will do that when we hop off vb
