Why Does MPGH Look Like This?!?!?!?

Every once in a while, when a page loads, this happens and I have to refresh like 3 times before it goes back to normal.

It aint your comp/internet so dont worry bout it.

Works for me perfectly everytime

happens to me it only really happens when loads of stuff is open and internet has a bit of a slow moment youtube does it somtimes
