I need a coder specializing in android app development.I can pay USD 50.

There is an android game called Asphalt 9. The game stores its graphics settings in a .json file, but its format is not usual like in different string and values etc. (its giberrish for casual players so they cant can't edit the graphics), but i need to edit the graphics for my phone. It will be an easy and a minute job for people specializing in app development.
So i need you to tell me the process of how to decipher the .json data and make it editable so that i can add/edit or remove the different game effects like bloom,motionblur,fps etc according to my convinience and encrypt it back so the game recognizes it.
Below it the attached json file.(you will get the context of what i am talking about when you rename the extension to .txt and open it)
