change date achievement

If I want to change the date and time of the achievement to go back in 2017, what should I do?

You cant do that, lol

You can only remove Steam achievements. If you still have whatever caused that Achievement to get unlocked, for example, a character that's Prestige 3'd, and remove the P3 achievement, until you also remove that P3 from the character that achievement will keep getting added back on.
