Game updates != EAC updates.
I've seen it happen both ways, either right as a patch is released, or a week or two after.
Unrelated, can someone approve the 3.5 injector in the injector thread so we can get to the being banned with?

Using any kind of hacks after a update is not gonna be a good thing, you can still use it but most likely they are detected or still working, etc, and yeah, the ban wave can be before the update or after, but mostly its after the update that i have seen and heard.
I've done a lot of things and I'm still not banned
