Secure and secure Hardware/Software BTC Storage solution?

What Software/Hardware does provide the most secure solution to anonymously store my BTC/Etherum?

Few weeks ago, some old jacka$$, drove through a red light and totaled my car.
Since I'm an immigrant, the tables got turned and now I got a beautiful letter from that guy's Insurance, demanding to pay 32.912€ because, my insurance doesn't want to pay anything.

I'm planning to moving out from this country and have high amounts of money, which I just can't carry around while traveling through slavic countries.
My bank and PayPal account will be definitely locked down by some stupid bailiff after I don't pay the money in 3 weeks...

I don't know if it's important but I have a Android and iOS 13 Smartphone.

If a wallet gives you a seed (usually 12-24 words) then its secure.

Best hardware wallet in my opinion is Trezor.
Best web wallet in my opinion is Blockchain.

In your case, I would recommend a paper wallet. Basically, get a blockchain wallet. Transfer your BTC there. Write those 12-24 words down on a piece of paper and take that around. Once you arrive at your destination country you can obviously log back into the blockchain wallet (through a username and password) or you can import your wallet (those 12-24 words) onto a different wallet like a desktop wallet called Electrum (though I don't recommend desktop wallets).

Reason why I say use a web wallet is because, trezor (while it gives you a seed), you also have to carry a physical item with you, the trezor device itself.
