Use notepad and edit GSC files. It is in C++, and you don't need much knowledge of it, just the basics - I.E: syntax, order, and how to use notepad.

You must be trying to edit AgentGOD's RealismMod or EliteMod. He encrypted those so try editing the ScoutKnivez one.
