I agree with this in that haha yes we have equal branches of government who can hypothetically check one another. Thus unless one party has major control of at least both the House, Senate, and Presidency, it will be unlikely to get things done simply because any of these 3 can block legislation. However, under the past couple of administrations, especially the latest administration, it seems that the executive branch seems to wield too much power. Cant do much about the Supreme Court, that's all timing and owning the senate at the right time.
