For this to work, you need addon "Spasmodic Breath"
1) Blink hit survivor
2) Wait till last second of the speed buff and then swing your weapon so the start of swing animation is before buff disappearance and the end of animation after the buff's disappearance.
SPEEEEEEED
It Stacks, so you can do this infinitely.

Theres an up swing and down swing.
Upswing being the 'charge'
Downswing is when the attack is released.
You must time the downswing to start specifically before Spasmodic Breath expires, during the last split second window so that the attack animation is active while the buff expired.
