I Got annoying Comp Problem

Well I got back from South Africa just like 1 week ago for particular reasons and now my modem is like fcked up. my Modem type: sb5120 Surfboard Cable Modem
So here the problem. You know on a modem it says Power, Recieve, Send, Online, and PC/Activity. Well power its stays yellow recieve send and online keep restarting like when Power, Recieve, Send, and Online are all yellow it resets and it starts flicking on and off yellow.

Ya pretty hard to understand and I need help badly. Also i don't wanna call my Service cuz they act all stupid and don't know a clue how to fix it. Any Pr0 tech n00b please help me!

Also the strange thing is my internet works fine like in the morning then stops at 10:00A.M. then starts not working then again it starts working at 9 P.M.

yup your right spam and no lucky i didn't come home with HIV =) but cmon anyone got suggestions my internet right now is screwing me up.

Is it only your internet or your broken ribs also?
I also heard you suffered from internal bruisings, are they all right?

I got the same modem but that problem has never happened to me.

Try unplug everything and then plug everything back in.

Your going to have to go without any internet for about a day, I did this and it worked for me, Unplug everything out of the back, wait about a day, and then plug it back in, worked for me, I had some fat Black dude in the house working on mine, he brought us a new one, I told him that we threw our old one away, he believed me, gave us a new one, Plugged it in, lol thats when my dad put Tomato on our Router and that night he shut my internet off at 7:45. But, Smart ass me, I had our old router(the one that "broke") and that we threw away, so I unplugged the new one, Plugged the old one back in, and Shit I almost jumped and screamed,almost woke my parents up typing so hard on my keyboard, but yeah, I unplugged it, waited about a day, and then plugged it back in... I think the router's are faulty, and by any chance do you Have Brighthouse Network's as you're Internet? Or perhaps Knology?

If it don't want you getting on between 10 AM and 9 PM, then it don't want you on 10 AM and 9 PM.

^ um no i don't i called the service like 1 hour ago they same maybe the moisture, but i didn't take that bs answer. yeah i have a Trendnet Router and the bottom of it is really hot. Idk if that has to do with anything. The router's fine i think, but i have no clue whats up with the modem my sister didn't go on the trip and she say i didn't work for about 2 weeks will i was gone i have Intel(R) Proset Wired. Maybe a new modem or what? Cmon im sick of watching france vs Urgay

Unplug it for a little while, Go put it in your freezer, let it cool off and then wait about 30 minutes and then plug it back in
