One Plus Refund

Hey, so i was going to refund a oneplus 7t pro, i'm buying the phone from the spain store, and i wanted to know if you know anyone that has recently done a refund from this company and what's the status on refunding from that site, if it's easy or not, and i was wondering which site is most doable for spain, if oneplus or samsung, i'm looking for a flagship phone, 700 to 1000 eur/usd, if you could recommend me someone that'd be great, thanks!
