how do i move commands up the list, there has to be a faster way than "spam the bottom arrows"

On Grimoire 3.8+, you can select the command below which you want to put your next command, then control+left click, instead of just left clicking when you add the command

Ctrl+left click (as @testthisaccount123 said) and ctrl+up_arrow (as @Raze101 said) and and ctrl+down_arrow
