costco refund

I am going to use a refunder just due to me being out of the game for a while now and I only did a limited few stores on the regular (for clients)

I want to hit a 1.5k refund that MOST LIKELY not get a carrier invest, Is costco a good place for this? only 1 item as close to $1500 as I can get.

or is there better options for this, this is in the USA and I was more looking for an item that will sell quick like an iphone, laptop etc..

I AM going to use a refunder so if you are one and you can assure me of this I may use you. but RN I am talking with two other refunders I just want the public's opinion.

I will not use any BS refunder that will say what I want to hear, If you say 100% no invest and there is I will never use you again. but if you are honest and it goes as you say while you are being honest I may spend a good amount of money with you in a short time.

Costco is a good first option for a store to hit, especially in the USA or CA. Usually there is no carrier investigation unless you have ordered from multiple companies using the same carrier, hitting your address multiple times and having problems.
