How to use wasteland script

its says ok if i do it with the other script logging on the launcher but it does not spawn the monsters when im on game please teach me the sequence on how to use please.

It doesn't require a specific sequence. It it says OK but doesn't do anything, it's patched. The code is moved/recreated somewhere else in the memory leaving the old code in the same place, the old code is still replaced by the script because it was still found. That's why it says it's OK.
