didnt even see the report, very sorry. currnetly in thailand so i only come on to bump threads and check IM messages. he didnt tell me about the report either. will deliver VCC, please explain how to proceed as i need him to online as same time as me

He was given 48 hours to give the VCC or refund. He clearly is online on IM and not idle but ignores my messages.

Due to the current situation with the virus, maybe let him provide you with a proper VCC ? If he fails to provide that, he will pay you back half of what was promised?
