Two threads deleted?

I've made two threads, one a wtb for inapp Gplay refunds in marketplace and then when that was never approved I made one in marketplace asking if it was possible to do Gplay inapp refunds. What is going on that I cant get this posted or an answer to why my marketplace question was removed?

Can I bump this? I really really need to know
