059 Client Event Notifier

Is it a known problem that the event notifier built into the 059 client is not making the sound effect when events are spawning in realm?

I get the white bag sound effect but not the event notification. I know it is Easter event now with cool shrine and sphere god, but i didn't hear any sound effects during the normal periods either.

Bump once. Does Keyper also count as an event that can be notified? I wonder if there is a way to notify all events within a server.

I'm pretty sure Deca "deafen" you if you are afk at beach(but still able to see quest). Keyper counts but I don't think 059 would make a new notifier just for an event that lasts only for a few weeks. Mine works most of the time.
