Now I got it that step 0 was Fiddler.
and now, step 1 - buy 500 auric is when running fiddler and I have to play DBD then buying? or if I already got 500 auric, I don't need?

Of coz u need to follow that instructions before u start fiddler then open DBD, cuz it's the bypass of fiddler. If u already bought 500 auric cells before also could find that Order ID(in logs files), then u don't need to buy a pack again, cuz u got the Order ID. If u do all the steps completely and carefully, that should be fine~
