carnax bug while farming for void auras

can anyone tell me why am i getting stuck every time when i m doing void aura farming specially only at carnax boss

i m getting stuck like i m not attacking anything and the skills just go dark once i use them and it just wont hit anything and its just stuck on both cases 1) private room with only me 2) public room with players with me

This bug is happening because of the load on AE servers with Glitched rooms

Change to an uncrowded server (e.g. Twilly, Twig, Sepulchure)
