Grimoire 3.8 Glitch room command plugin

Hello,

Since 3.8+ is bad with skills and i would like to have more bots with glitch rooms on 3.8, i wrote quickly this plugin.

It will join a glitched room, and if there is no other player it will wait for one and then leaves the room and glitched.
I tried to fix all errors i've encountered so far, so let me know i find any

You know 3.8+ is not bad with skills and most importantly it has good SkillCommandPlugin. Instead of doing 'kill' command, SkillCommandPlugin is better in glitched rooms.

Note, 3.8+ has a joinmap command it allows you to put "glitch" on the "mapname-Glitch" sample. It will traverse thru glitched rooms until it finds one
