There wouldn't just be 4/5 players banned then safe again, something happened. I will always go for the safety of our users.
However, If you decide to do so, yes, you can edit perk in a sense of : stack more in the same loadout.

The bypass is definitely detected, created new account, stacked perks, played one game and got banned instantly
